Weather Fleet ("the App") is a read-only weather data tool built for traders on prediction market platforms. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Do Not Collect

Weather Fleet does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically:

• No account registration or login is required
• No names, email addresses, or contact information are collected
• No location data is accessed or stored
• No usage analytics or behavioral tracking
• No advertising identifiers
• No data is sold or shared with third parties

Subscription

Weather Fleet offers an optional subscription at $3.99/month, processed entirely through Apple's in-app purchase system. We never see or store your payment information. Apple handles all billing and receipt verification under their own privacy policy.

Data Sources

The App displays weather data sourced from public APIs:

• Iowa Environmental Mesonet (IEM) — ASOS METAR observations
• National Weather Service (NWS/NOAA) — Daily Climate Reports
• Kalshi, Robinhood, Polymarket, Interactive Brokers, CME — public market settlement rules

All data is fetched from our backend server and displayed read-only. No user data accompanies these requests.

Children's Privacy

Weather Fleet is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page will reflect the revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
